He's Coming

Mark 13:32-37
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray, for you do not know when the time is. It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants and to each his own work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming-in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning- lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

So as many of us head back to school, here’s this little message to remind us of what we should do.
In this analogy, Jesus is the master, and we are the servants. Jesus leaves, and one day will come back, (because the Bible tells us so). We need to be ready, and working.

If God tells you to witness to someone, witness to them. If God tells you to dump your boyfriend/girlfriend, do it. Whatever God says, do it now. You never know if you won’t get the chance again.

People die suddenly, or are moved away to foster homes. We don’t know when the world is going to end. If you have to say something to anyone, say it now. Because when Jesus comes, it might just be too late for them.

In His Service,
Joyce

If today was your last day on Earth, what would you say to the world?
