It's..... the GRIM!

Another Obscure Biblical Character Day!

So last week's characters were Jezreel, Lo-Rummah, and Lo-Ammi, the children of Hosea.

God sent signs in the beginning of Hosea's ministry of what was going to happen later. And then they happened. Amazing!

What God says will happen will always happen. And He sends little signs to show what will happen. It probably won't be the picture of Satan over the 9/11 attacks, but it might be you fail your French quiz and then fail your French test. They're sometimes subtle, and they're sometimes big and in your face. Sometimes they weren't there at all (I don't even want to know how many presidents people have thought to be the devil. I've heard two or three already.)

So this next week's character:
-has a withered hand, which
-Jesus healed, and then
-the Pharisees heard his story and were angry at Jesus

It's in one of the gospels, in the first five chapters of each. The question for the poll is about what the focal point of the story is.

In His Service,
Joyce
