Blessed Be Your Name

Intro:
Blessed be Your name
In the land that is plentiful
Where Your streams of abundance flow
Nehemiah 9:5-6 And the Levites, Jesua, Kadmeil, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said: "Stand up and bless the LORD your God forever and ever! Blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise!"

Blessed be Your name
And blessed be Your name
When I'm found in the desert place
Though I walk through the wilderness
Blessed be Your name
Exodus 15:1 Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to
the LORD, and spoke, saying: "I will sing to the LORD, for He has
triumphed gloriously! The horse and its rider He has thrown into the sea!"
CHORUS:
Every blessing Your pour out I'll
Turn back to praise
Psalm 30:4 Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His, and give
thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.

And when the darkness closes in, Lord
Still I will say
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your name
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your glorious name
Psalm 3:1-4 LORD, how they have increased who trouble me! Many are
they who rise up against me. Many are they who say of me, “There is no help for
him in God.” Selah. But You, O LORD are a shield for me, my glory and the One who lifts up my head. I cried to the LORD with my voice, and He heard me from His holy hill.

Blessed be Your name
When the sun's shining down on me
When the world's "all as it should be"
Blessed be Your name
1 Chronicles 16:1, 8-9 So they brought the ark of God in, and set it in the
midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. Then they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God....Oh give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; talk of all His wondrous works!

And blessed be Your name
On the road marked with suffering
Though there’s pain in the offering
Blessed be Your name

Luke 23:46 And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, "Father, 'into Your hands I commit my spirit.'" Having said this, He breathed His last.

CHORUS

You give and take away
You give and take away
My heart will choose to say
Lord, blessed be Your name
I will bless Your name

Job 1:21 And he said: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD."

CHORUS

Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your name
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your glorious name

Psalm 113:2 Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forevermore!

You give and take away
You give and take away
My heart will choose to say
Lord, blessed be Your name
(Repeat)

Job 1:21 And he said, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I shall
return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of
the LORD.

Due to a combination of lots of things happening at once and computer issues, Kiara and I decided for her to take a break for a little while, and then come back.
I said that when I turned on my Internet radio thing, the first song that came up I would do for this. That song happened to be “Blessed be Your name” by Newsboys.
Have a good day in the world God has created for us, let your light shine, and love Him to death! (literally…)
In His Service,
Joyce
