This Fragile Breath

This Fragile Breath, by Todd Agnew
http://www.stlyrics.com/songs/t/toddagnew17297/thisfragilebreath482029.html

I searched the world for a song that I could sing
Praise to my King
A gift that I could bring
But no music I found could compare to you
Not one could do Justice to your glory
What are my songs compared to yours

Psalm 100:1 Make a joyful shout to the LORD all you lands!

You speak with thunder and lightning
Your voice shakes the mountains
The foundations of the earth
All I can offer is this fragile breath
With each one I'll praise You
With each one I'll praise You more

Psalm 100:2 Serve the LORD with gladness; come before His presence with singing.

I searched the world for a poem I could read
A rhyme that would bring Glory to my King
But no writing I found was worthy of
This God high above All other gods
What are my words compared to yours

Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

You speak with thunder and lightning
Your voice shakes the mountains
The foundations of the earth
All I can offer is this fragile breath
With each one I'll praise You
With each one I'll praise You more

Zechariah 9:14 Then the LORD will be seen over them and His arrow will go forth
like lightning. The Lord GOD will blow the trumpet, and go with whirlwinds from
the south.

Speak to me, speak to me please
Won't You speak to me

Deuteronomy 4:29 But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Today is the beginning of Lent: Good luck to those who have chosen to take part in it, and God Bless you on your journey and may He draw you closer to Him.

Response Question: Did I miss any verses that apply to the song? Did I get any wrong?

In His Service,
Joyce
